LOW DENSITY

Low Density Bare Foam Pigs - Wiping or Drying Pigs The low density Bare Foam pigs is fully bare without any coating on its surface & has only coating with PU elastomer at its bottom or covered with Rexene Fabric depending the end use. Low density is a range from 16 to 32 Kg/cbm ( 1 to 2 lbs/ cft )

MEDIUM DENSITY (Bare foam Pigs)

Medium density bare foam Pigs are made out of Medium density – 80 to 96 Kg/ Cbm ( 5 to 6 lbs/ cft) used for regular wiping & dewatering.

PU COATED FOAM PIGS

This medium density foam Pig is fully coated hence provides excellent wear resistance shall be used for long distance wiping or dewatering applications.

CRISS CROSS COATED FOAM PIGS

This medium density foam Pig is fully coated hence provides excellent wear resistance shall be used for long distance wiping or dewatering applications.

HIGH DENSITY

BARE FOAM

Bare Foam Pig – Dewatering Pigs. High density foam Pigs are made out PU Foam pigs with density from 128 to 160 Kg / cbm ( 8 to 10 lbs/cft). Used for heavy wiping & dewatering.

Fully PU Coated foam Pigs This Pig is fully coated for heavy duty applications with excellent wear resistance.

SILICON CARBIDE STRIP PASTED FOAM PIGS

Silicon Carbide Strip Pasted Foam Pigs. This Pig surface is coated with Polyurethane elastomer & strips of silicon carbide abrasive are pasted on the surface for tight bonding to be used for Heavy scraping of the scales from the pipeline internal diameter.

CRISS CROSS COATED FOAM PIGS

This foam Pig is coated on the surface with Polyurethane elastomers in a criss cross pattern & used for heavy cleaning & dewatering.
